為勤番罷登翌戌十月罷下候事
一同月加藤遠江守様へ御馬被進候ニ付
御使相勤候処御料理并銀子三枚
被下置御直答之趣申上候事
一同年十二月学授御普請懸合ニ而
臨時之勤方致候ニ付為御褒美銀子
弐枚被下置候事
一同年十二月数年精出宜相勤御
省略筋等任彼是心を付出精宜取計
御入方不少致減少候ニ付格別之訳を以
御切符金三両御役料被下置拾弐両

現代語訳
勤番として罷り登り、翌戌10月に罷り下った事
一、同月 加藤遠江守様へ御馬を進上したことにより
御使いを相勤めたところ、御料理並びに銀子3枚を
下し置かれ、御直答の趣を申し上げた事
一、同年12月 学授御普請懸け合いで
臨時の勤め方をしたことにより、御褒美として銀子
2枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年12月 数年間精を出して宜しく相勤め、御
省略筋等に任じ、彼是と心を付けて出精し、宜しく取り計らい、
御入用方を不少なからず減少させたことにより、格別の訳を以って
御切符金3両を御役料として下し置かれ、12両
高に成し下し置かれた事
一、同3亥年4月 勤番として江戸表へ
罷り登り、翌子9月に罷り下った事

峰姫君様の御縁組が仰せ出されたことにより、
貞昭様から御国使を仰せ付けられた
但し、右につき費用補填として金2両を下し置かれた事

Went up to serve guard duty and returned in the 10th month of the following year of the Dog
