一、同年12月
殿様の御用を出精して相勤めたにつき
御同人様から綿1把、鼻紙2束を下し置かれた
ただし、この後御住居をお引き移りになる以前は年々下し
置かれた事
一、同5辰年閏6月 去々寅2月から当月
まで30か月皆勤したにつき御褒美として
麻御上下の代わりに晒1反を御内々に下し置かれた事
一、同年9月
殿様の御用をも出精して相勤めたにつき
御同人様から金2両を下し置かれた事
一、同年11月 笹原源之助と一緒に御初懸
御用を仰せ付けられる旨を御用人を通じて
仰せ付けられた事
一、同年12月 数年精出して相勤めたにつき今
までの御役料の外に金2両2分の御役料を
下し置かれた事
一、同6巳年5月 御召し下の御品が御溜まりに
あるにつき思し召しを以って蕨手御紋御小袖1つ、
白御小袖1つ、嶋御袷御羽織1つ、御炬燵蒲団
