之願を以奥番之内へ被 仰付旨被 仰出候事
一同年十月年来精出相勤御生育
筋心を尽し別而致勤労候ニ付格別之
訳を以常上下ニ被成下候事

為御褒美麻御上下之代晒壱反御内

現代語訳
一、同年七月 御刀番他行跡加えの儀、以来前々の願いをもって奥番の内へ仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
一、同年十月 年来精出して相勤め、御生育筋に心を尽くし、別して勤労したにつき、格別の訳をもって常の上下に成し下された事
一、同年十二月 全三十ヶ月皆勤したにつき、御褒美として麻御上下の代わりに晒一反を御内々に下し置かれた事
一、同月 御人数少ないにつき、平日繁多にあり、精出して相勤めたにつき、御内々に御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同十酉年二月 初めて御召し形を遊ばされたにつき、御吸物・御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同年五月 この度欽文様御目見えにつき、辛労して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子五枚・綿三把を下し置かれた事
