 置候事 一同十二亥年二月御下向之節  御道中御使番仮役被 仰付候事 一同年三月 御前髪被為執候為  御祝儀両絹一反御内々被下置候事 一同年四月御省略筋出精御入方致  減少候ニ付《見せ消ち:綿|沙》綾一巻御内々被下置候  事 一同年六月 御道中御使番仮役  出精相勤候段被 仰出候事 一同月三十ケ月致皆勤候ニ付麻御上  下之代晒一反御内々被下置候事 一同年八月多年精出相勤永々  御在府中繁多之処御補養筋  之儀細々心を付別而致勤労且去々  年以来御刀番加勤をも出精相勤  候ニ付勤柄格別之訳を以御役料三拾  石御帷子之代晒壱反被下置候事 一同年十二月此度不時 御発駕ニ付  御起一両日も以前罷登江戸表之
