御手都合承千住迄罷出委細申上候
様被 仰付同月七日出起罷登同十

一同月御参府々節御 道中御
刀番御供前々之通壱人被 召連候処
江戸表之儀者当分是迄々通笹原
源之助一同御刀番加勤御居被置候
依而ハ御先へ罷登千住迄罷出候儀ニ
候得者見明院ゟ御刀番相勤候様被
仰付候事
一同月御上京御供被 仰付罷登
御出之毎度御参内并御巡見
之節御供仕同六月帰府仕候
但御下向之節大磯於御昼休
御前江被 召出兼而精出相勤候
ニ付 御直ニ御意之上御紋之御羽

御手都合を承り、千住まで罷り出て委細申し上げる様に仰せ付けられ、同月七日に出立して罷り登り、同十四丑年五月に罷り下った事
一、同月 御参府の節、御道中御刀番御供は前々の通り一人を召し連れられた処、江戸表の儀は当分これまでの通り笹原源之助一同で御刀番加勤として御居置かれた。よって御先へ罷り登り千住まで罷り出る儀につき、見明院より御刀番相勤める様に仰せ付けられた事
一、同月 御上京御供を仰せ付けられ罷り登り、御出の毎度御参内並びに御巡見の節に御供仕り、同六月に帰府仕った
但し御下向の節、大磯にて御昼休みの際、御前へ召し出され、兼ねてより精出して相勤めたにつき、御直に御意を賜った上、御紋の御羽織一つを下し置かれる旨、御用人御取り合いにて下し置かれた事
一、同年十二月 御転任御兼任の節、重き御装束を召される毎度、御手伝い

He was ordered to receive instructions regarding arrangements and go out to Senju to report the details. He departed on the 7th day of the same month and went up to Edo, returning in the 5th month of the 14th year of the Ox (1841).
Item 1: Same month - When accompanying the lord's travel to Edo, one person was taken along as sword keeper escort as before. However, regarding Edo affairs, Sasahara Gen'nosuke continued to serve jointly as additional sword keeper as before. Therefore, regarding going ahead to Senju, he was ordered by Kenmyōin to serve as sword keeper.
Item 1: Same month - He was ordered to accompany the lord's journey to Kyoto. He went up and served as escort each time for imperial court visits and inspection tours, returning to the domain in the 6th month of the same year.
Note: During the return journey, at the midday rest in Ōiso, he was summoned before his lord. Because he had been serving diligently for some time, he received direct words of praise and was granted a haori jacket bearing the lord's crest, which was bestowed through the arrangements of the chief retainer.
