精出相勤候ニ付 思召を以深し壱把
御内々被下置候事

御幼年様被為在候ニ付而ハ御勤方
者勿論平日御行状を始御上物御保
養筋別而辛労いたし旦不寝を
茂引通相勤ニ付為御褒美御内々
銀子三枚被下置候事
一同月御馬術御相手相勤野村彦
五郎罷登候処病気ニ罷在御候ニ付而ハ
引通壱人ニて骨折相勤候ニ付
思召を以御召古御馬乗袴壱下被下

之儀宜申談近比多分之御入方も在之
候処別出方ニ不相成様考量行届候ニ付
為御褒美銀子弐枚被下置候事

精出して相勤めたにつき、思し召しをもって刀一把を御内々に下し置かれた事
一、同月
御幼年様がいらっしゃるにつき、御勤め方はもちろん、平日の御行状をはじめ御上達物や御保養筋について別して辛労し、かつ不寝番も引き通して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として御内々に銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、同月 御馬術御相手を相勤める野村彦五郎が罷り登った処、病気に罹っているにつき、引き通し一人にて骨折って相勤めたにつき、思し召しをもって御召し古しの御馬乗袴一下を下し置かれた事
