欽文様御疱瘡被為済候為御祝儀従
寿鳳院様御鼻紙小菊三束御扇子
三本被下置候事
一同月御召古之御品 思召を以不時ニ
麻御上下壱具御紋付御羽織壱ツ御
紋付御帷子壱ツ御袴壱下り紅御裏壱
御巨燵薄団壱ツ白御小袖壱被下置

一同年四月御疱瘡中出精致勤
労候ニ付為御褒美御内々銀子三枚被
下置候事
一同年六月御小性とも之儀近来風
儀相嗜別而江戸御屋敷内ハ勿論
御門外へ罷出候而も慎方格別之由被
聞召畢竟仲ケ間とも宜申合候
故と被 思召候此後弥以風儀可相励

欽文様の御疱瘡が済まれた御祝儀として、寿鳳院様から御鼻紙小菊三束、御扇子三本を下し置かれた事
一、同月 御召し古しの御品について、思し召しをもって不時に麻御上下一具、御紋付御羽織一つ、御紋付御帷子一つ、御袴一下がり、紅御裏一つ、御炬燵薄団一つ、白御小袖一つを下し置かれた事
一、同年四月 御疱瘡中に出精して勤労したにつき、御褒美として御内々に銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年六月 御小性共の儀について、近来風儀を相慎み、別して江戸御屋敷内はもちろん、御門外へ罷り出る時も慎み方が格別であると聞し召され、畢竟仲間同士がよく申し合わせた故と思し召される。この後いよいよもって風儀を励むべき旨を仰せ出された事
