一 同二年（辛卯）正月十五日 願いの通り還俗を申し付けられる
一 同六年（乙未）六月朔日 亡父平作存命の内に願い置いた通り、家相続番代を申し付けられ、高五石二人扶持を下され、元〆物書御在所勝手を申し付けられる。もっとも御在所にて申し渡し
一 同九年（戌）三月十八日 小林弥一兵衛養女を妻とすることを願い済む。山下勝右衛門末女
一 同十二年（辛丑）九月十八日 元〆役所勤め払方助勤を申し付けられる。物書はこれまでの通り、席は無格の筆頭
一 弘化二年（巳）正月十五日 御勝手の件につき御領分中へ申し渡す筋があったところ、取り調べ認め物等に骨折ったため、酒代として鳥目八百文を下される
一 同四年（丁未）十月六日 御徒士格に御取り立て、高十六俵二人扶持を成し下され、元〆役所勤め払方本役を仰せ付けられる。物書は当分これまでの通り
