一 安永二年（癸巳）二月七日 実子がいないため、北原村の百姓源左衛門《割書：已に三十歳》を養子とすることを願い出の通り申し付ける《割書：三浦團右衛門組小頭なり》
本隆院様御代
一 同七年（戊戌）十二月 神波藤蔵組の小頭小田切市左衛門が病身のため退身したいと申し出、実子新次郎が幼年のため去る卯年より十ヶ年の間年季番代を立て置いたところ、右の新次郎が去る辰年に病死した。その節、番代の仲右衛門が届け出て申し聞かせ、その後も度々理由を立ててくれるよう申し聞かせたが、小田切家を見捨て置いて断絶するところを数年来捨て置き、怠惰な有様のため、小頭役を取り上げ、金押込を申し付ける
