久松市右衛門
頼以君御代
一 文化五年（1808年）七月十八日
先代様がお出かけになる時分から真面目に勤務していたので、
格別の配慮により御扶持方として一人扶持を下賜された。
一 同十三年（1816年）五月十五日 数年間草履取として真面目に
勤務してきたが年を重ね、もはや勤務が困難になったため、将来も
勤務を続けることができない旨を申し出た。これにより御慈悲として三井清蔵の
内願もあり、時節柄ではあるが、
先代様のお出かけの際から勤務していた格別の配慮により
新規召し抱えとして高四石二人扶持を下賜され、足軽並みの
大目付支配を申し付けられ、御下屋敷へ引っ越して慣れるよう
するべきである。
一 文政二年（1819年）正月十五日 御蔵方の当分仮下役を申し付けられ、
大目付支配はこれまで通り。
一 同年十二月二十五日 山方下役助勤を申し付けられ、御蔵方
仮下役は当分これまで通り。

1. Bunka 5 (1808), 7th month, 18th day
As he had served faithfully from the time when the previous lord went out on excursions,
he was granted one person's stipend as御扶持方 (gofuchikata) with special consideration.
1. Same 13th year (1816), 5th month, 15th day: Having served faithfully as a sandal-bearer for several years,
he had grown old and could no longer perform his duties adequately, so he would be unable to
continue serving in the future. Therefore, as an act of mercy, with an internal petition from Mitsui Seizō,
although it was a matter of timing,
in special consideration of his service from the time of the previous lord's excursions,
he was newly employed with a stipend of 4 koku and provisions for two people, equivalent to ashigaru rank,
placed under the supervision of the ōmetsuke, and was to move to the lower residence to become accustomed to it.
1. Bunpō 2 (1819), 1st month, 15th day: Appointed as temporary assistant official of the treasury,
supervision by ōmetsuke to continue as before.
1. Same year, 12th month, 25th day: Appointed as assistant to the mountain affairs assistant official,
temporary assistant official of the treasury to continue as before for the time being.
