一　弘化三丙午正月十五日一斗加米高六石被成下
一　嘉永六癸丑正月十五日数年無懈怠出精相勤候付此度
　　御徒士格御取立被成下御金方添下役被　仰付俵数被成下高
　　十八俵二人フチ被成下以来御用人支配

現代語訳

役を滞りなく免じられ、なお又御普請方下役を申し付けられ物所書並びに申し付けられた高足を免じられる

一　同8年（1837年）丁酉2月23日　御普請方諸品請払吟味役を申し付けられ手当米5斗を下賜される

一　弘化3年（1846年）丙午正月15日　1斗の加米により高6石とされる

一　嘉永6年（1853年）癸丑正月15日　数年間怠ることなく出精して勤めたことにより、この度御徒士格に御取立てされ、御金方添下役を仰せ付けられ俵数を成し下され、高18俵2人扶持を成し下され、以後御用人支配となる
