松平薩摩守、琉球両使を率いて江戸に出府する事
一、十一月十六日、松平薩摩守が召し出され、琉球両聘使を召し連れて
参上し、御機嫌をうかがった。この思し召しにより中将に任じられた事
一、十一月十七日、上使仙石丹波守を以って、今度薩摩守が琉球
両聘使を召し連れて参府した事を、御満足に思し召され、これにより
俵子三千俵を下賜された事

1. Departed from Fushimi on the 25th day of the 10th month, arrived in Edo on the 11th day of the 11th month
Due to the succession of the Shogun's house and the succession of the King of Chūzan in the Ryukyu Kingdom, both diplomatic envoys came to court
Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami led the two Ryukyu envoys to Edo
1. On the 16th day of the 11th month, Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami was summoned, brought the two Ryukyu diplomatic envoys with him
and paid his respects to inquire about [the Shogun's] well-being. Due to this gracious consideration, he was appointed to the rank of Chūjō (Middle Captain)
1. On the 17th day of the 11th month, through the envoy Sengoku Tamba-no-kami, [it was conveyed that the Shogun] was greatly pleased
that Satsuma-no-kami had brought the two Ryukyu diplomatic envoys to the capital, and as a result
3,000 bales were bestowed upon him
