　　焙乾為末温酒服之治心胸急痛及喘息短気不得呼吸言語者以一刀【注①】圭立安
　　又作煎服治疝痛衝心不可忍者今京師往々有為妙剤售之者又治打撲
　　損傷有死血者作黒霜為末温酒調服又不焼黒者用之更為玅肥前五嶋
　　漁人用乾貯者為末糊化傳治打撲傷損疼痛者故有骨接之名
　　筑前又ホネツギト呼テ打身ノ妙薬トス全形コヽニ圖ス表ノ方五ツニ枝椏ア
　　リ裏ハ十辨ノ菊花紋真中ニアリ又梅花ノ文アリ
　　正中ニ圓キ小孔アリ其口ナリ其妙薬トナシテ奇功ヲ奏スト虽【雖】モ二分
　　三分ニテ効ヲトル必過剤スベカラズ多ケレバ却テ麻木不仁ノ患アルベシ慎

△海燕　奇品　摂州兵庫の津の方言　天紫而悶都児（テンツルモンツル）　また名を天紫（テンツ）
　　骨悶紫孤（クモンツク）　また名を的事而貌事児（テツルモヅル）　これは皆天紫而悶都児の転訛である。摂津の人は
　　焙り乾かして末にし、温酒で服用すれば胸の急痛および喘息・息切れで呼吸や言語ができない者を治す。一万匁ですぐに安らかになる
　　また煎じて服用すれば疝痛が心臓に衝いて耐えられない者を治す。今、京都でしばしば妙薬として売る者がある。また打撲による
　　損傷で死血がある者を治すには、黒く焼いて霜状の末にして温酒で調合して服用する。また黒く焼かない者を用いるのはさらに妙である。肥前五島の
　　漁師は乾燥して貯蔵したものを末にして糊で練り、打撲傷による疼痛を治すのに用いる。故に骨接ぎの名がある
　　筑前でもホネツギと呼んで打身の妙薬とする。全形をここに図す。表の方に五つに枝分かれが
　　あり、裏は十弁の菊花紋が真ん中にあり、また梅花の文様がある
　　正中に丸い小孔があり、その口である。その妙薬として奇功を奏するといえども、二分から
　　三分で効果をとる。必ず過量を用いてはならない。多ければかえって麻痺して感覚がなくなる患いがあるだろう。慎重に
　　すべし

　　Kumon-tsuku　Also called Tetsuru-mozuru　These are all corruptions of Ten-tsuru-mon-tsuru. People of Settsu
　　roast it dry and powder it, take it with warm sake to treat acute chest pain and asthma, shortness of breath preventing speech and breathing. One man (10,000 monme) brings immediate relief
　　Also decocted and taken to treat hernial pain striking the heart unbearably. Now in Kyoto there are often those who sell it as a wonder medicine. Also to treat bruises and
　　injuries with clotted blood, burn it black to an ash-like powder and take it mixed with warm sake. Using it without burning black is even more effective. Fishermen of Hizen Gotō
　　powder the dried and stored ones, make into paste, and apply to treat pain from bruises and injuries. Hence it has the name "bone-setter"
　　In Chikuzen it is also called Honetsugi and used as a wonder medicine for bruises. The whole form is illustrated here. On the upper side there are five branching
　　divisions, on the underside there is a ten-petaled chrysanthemum pattern in the center, and also plum blossom designs
　　In the center is a round small hole, which is its mouth. Although it performs miraculous effects as medicine, it works in doses of two to
　　three bu. One must never use excessive amounts. Too much would cause numbness and loss of sensation. Be very
　　careful
