一 同五丑年五月四年以来精々相尽
地下取扱方も行及御改政ニ付而
ハ先達而 公辺難渋之伺方彼
是致辛労候ニ付為御褒美銀子
五枚被下置候事
一 同年九月御人減ニ付当務被成
御免外様組付被 おおｓ仰付春日仁左
衛門組へ入 御城御番相勤候
但是迄精出相勤候ニ付而御褒美
綿三把被下置候事

一 同年四月小川庄三ヶ村と黒川
領小戸村出入一件先務之節登

ニ付本姓伊藤又左衛門方へ相返度

地下取扱方も行き届き、御改政について

あれこれと辛労したため、御褒美として銀子
五枚を下し置かれた事
一 同年九月、御人減により当務を御免になり、
外様組付を仰せ付けられ、春日仁左
衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた
但し、これまで精出して相勤めたため御褒美として
綿三把を下し置かれた事

一 同七年卯年二月、願いの通り息子初五郎が御
番代を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年四月、小川庄三ヶ村と黒川
領小戸村の出入一件で、先の務めの節に
内々で荷い、公辺懸合方を始め
品々手配方をよく取り計らい、本務の外に
勤労したため、御褒美として綿三把を
下し置かれた事
一 同七年卯年九月、養子初五郎との不縁により、
本姓伊藤又左衛門方へ返したく
