此節病気差重候ニ付二木伴助
忰小十郎聟養子ニ仕度旨奉願
候処御下知不相済内病死仕候ニ
付被任願之旨死後一類ともへ

中御免山の締り方を仰せ付けられ、出役
したところ、格別な締りにもなったので
御酒を下し置かれた事
一 同六年巳年十月、男子がいない状況で
この節病気が重くなったため、二木伴助の
息子小十郎を聟養子にしたい旨を願い出た
ところ、御下知が済まないうちに病死したため、
願いの通りとする旨を死後一類ともへ
仰せ聞かされた事
一 同月 五十歳にて病死、法名は心
