の際、御供を務め、並みの御加増五十石を

仰せ付けられ、御参勤の御供として仕え出仕したこと
一 同四年亥年十二月、御納戸の件について

一 承応二年巳年春、毘沙門堂御門
跡の御詫びにより、会津徘徊を御免になったこと
一 万治元年戌年三月、毘沙門堂御
門跡の御■により、帰参を仰せ付けられ、本知百
五十石のうち半分の収入を下し置かれたこと

神宝内蔵助組に仰せ付けられ、
