於御白書院御老中列座被叙四品之旨御老中秋元但馬守《割書：喬｜朝》殿
御達有之御請被 仰上御退出掛御老中幷御側御用人若年
寄中江 御廻勤今日ゟ
大炊頭昌尚と被称
一 同日右同断ニ付御留守居村上三大夫《割書：正｜峯》を以御老中土屋相模守《割書：政｜直》殿江
左之通御伺書被指出之

使者御禮可申上候其節献上物如何様之品指上

一 使者柄之儀番頭格好之者を以御禮可申上哉之事
一 私名則大炊頭ニ罷成候此旨御用番ニ御届可申

一、十二月十八日、志摩守直丘様と御同道にて御登城されたところ（昨十七日に御老中より連名の御切紙が来ました）
御白書院において御老中列座の下、四品に叙せられる旨を御老中秋元但馬守喬朝殿より
御達しがあり、御請けを申し上げて御退出の際、御老中並びに御側御用人・若年
寄中へ御廻勤をしました。今日より
大炊頭昌尚と称されます
一、同日、右同様につき、御留守居村上三太夫正峯を以て御老中土屋相模守政直殿へ
左の通り御伺書を差し出しました

覚書
一、今日四品に仰せ出されたことにつき、同姓兵部大輔が在所より
使者を以て御礼を申し上げる予定です。その節の献上物はどのような品を差し上げる
のが宜しいでしょうか
一、使者の身分について、番頭格の適当な者を以て御礼を申し上げるべきでしょうか
一、私の名前は大炊頭となりました。この旨を御用番に御届け申し
達すべきでしょうか

At the Oshiroshoin, with the rōjū in attendance, rōjū Akimoto Tajima-no-kami Takatomo announced
that he was granted the fourth court rank. He offered his acceptance and upon departure, made courtesy visits to the rōjū, goyōnin, and waka-
doshiyori. From today
he is called Ōinokami Masanao
