昌明様とご同道で御用番小笠原佐渡守《長重》殿並びに御側御用人のもとに
勤めた 一位様の御機嫌伺いのため御老中秋元但馬守《喬朝》殿のもとに勤めた

厳有院様の御法事があったため、御使者花木右門を通じて御香典として

During His Lordship the Shōgun's period of mourning, to inquire after his well-being,
in company with Lord Masaaki, went to the duty officer Lord Ogasawara Sado-no-kami {{Nagashige}} and to the chamberlain attendants.
To inquire after the well-being of His Excellency Ichii, went to Elder Akimoto Tajima-no-kami {{Takatomo}}

Regarding the end of His Lordship the Shōgun's mourning period

three pieces of silver
