1. On the 10th day of the eighth month
When he attended the castle in company with Lord Yoshishina {{a notification document came from the Senior Councilors yesterday, the 9th}}, the Senior Councilors were in session.
According to the petition from Lord Yoshishina {{a petition was submitted through Lord Tokuyama Gohei to Senior Councilor Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami who was on duty on the 3rd}}, permission for leave to return to his domain was
granted and thirty sets of seasonal clothing were bestowed. After this announcement from the Senior Councilors was received and acknowledged,
he was summoned before [the Shōgun] for an audience and was granted one horse. As thanks for this gift,
he attended the Western Citadel, and afterward made courtesy calls to the Senior Councilors and Junior Councilors.
1. On the 11th day of the same month
He had an audience with Senior Councilor Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami {{Masanao}} in company with Lord Yoshishina and performed his duties

1. On the 15th day of the same month, the granted horse was delivered by a messenger from Senior Councilor Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami {{Masanao}}.
On this occasion, he came out to the ceremonial platform, horse attendant Tsukada Kihei {{Naotaka}} received the horse, and Hagino Magoemon {{Masaei-no-jō}}
handed it over. Magoemon presented the reins, which were received with gratitude, and he went inside. At the appointed time, in the reception
anteroom, long dried abalone was bestowed upon the messenger and a formal reply was given.

Sandayū {{Masamine}} went to attend. Regarding the matter of duties during residence in the domain that

Lord Matsudaira Ōsumi-no-kami and Lord Matsudaira Bingo-no-kami made inquiries and conveyed through a retainer that duties should be performed accordingly.
