一 正月朔日為年始御祝儀御使者寄合冨永新左衛門《割書：義｜祐》を以《割書：御留守居村上｜三大夫同道》
御太刀馬代《割書：黄金｜十両》被献之
大納言様江右同断 被献之
但新左衛門旧臘五日御國表出立
一同月廿三日御用番井上河内守殿幷小笠原佐渡守殿ニ而御奉
書被相渡之

御太刀馬代《黄金十両》を献上した
大納言様へも右と同様に献上した
ただし新左衛門は旧年十二月五日に御国表を出立
一同月二十三日、御用番井上河内守殿並びに小笠原佐渡守殿において御奉
書をいただいた

1. On New Year's Day, for New Year's congratulations, messenger and councilor Tominaga Shinzaemon {{Yoshisuke}} was dispatched {{accompanied by resident keeper Murakami Sandayū}}
A ceremonial sword and horse substitute {{ten gold ryō}} was presented
The same was also presented to the Dainagon (Great Counselor)
However, Shinzaemon departed from the domain on the 5th day of the twelfth month of the previous year
On the 23rd day of the same month, an official letter was received from the duty officials Lord Inoue Kawachi-no-kami and Lord Ogasawara Sado-no-kami
