　　家千代様の御機嫌伺いのため、西丸御用番小笠原佐渡守《長重》殿へ
　　御使者として御留守居大関新五左衛門《直音》を遣わした

　　家千代様の御七夜御祝儀につき総出仕のため登城し、御老中に
　　謁見した。その後西丸へ登城した

一　同日、右同様につき御使者長野八太夫をもって
　　公方様へ干鯛一箱、御樽代千疋を献上した《去る十三日御書付を御渡し、以下同様》。御城大広間において
　　御奏者番三浦壱岐守《明喬》殿の家来へ御品物と御目録を共に渡した
　　大納言様へは御使者早川三左衛門をもって一種千疋を
