regarding the presentation to Lord Ichiyo, there was a circular notice from the chief inspectors
1. On the 16th of the same month, summoned by senior councillors Lord Inoue Kawachi-no-kami {{Masamine}} and Lord Ogasawara Sado-no-kami {{Nagashige}}, castle keeper Hori Jūbei {{Hisaritsu}} went out
