一　八月二十七日、外記《綱通》の母、天称院様《忠昌様の御息女であり、故出羽守綱隆様の奥方》が逝去された

一　同月二十八日、右の件について御老中秋元但馬守《喬朝》殿、本多伯耆守《正永》殿へ

1. On the 28th of the same month, regarding the above matter, a notification document was submitted to senior councillors Lord Akimoto Tajima-no-kami {{Takatomō}} and Lord Honda Hōki-no-kami {{Masanaga}} through a messenger and castle keeper as follows:
