一 同月十九日 松姫君様と松平若狭守《割書：吉徳》殿への昨日十八日の御入輿が
済んだことを祝うため総出仕のところ、御麻疹につき御登城をお断りし、これにより
御用番秋元但馬守《割書：喬知》殿、西丸御用番本多伯耆守《割書：正永》殿へ御祝
儀の御使者として御使番を差し出された
一 同日、右同様につき御使者御使番葛巻治部右衛門《割書：包格》をもって
公方様へ干鯛一箱、昆布一箱、御樽代五百疋を献上し

一 同月二十二日 御麻疹の御回復につき御酒湯の御祝儀があった
一 同月二十八日 麻疹の後、まだ本調子でないため御登城をお断り
ただし十二月朔日より御登城される

吉品様とご同道で御用番土屋相模守《割書：政直》殿へ御勤仕

At the main castle, the gifts and their catalog were handed over to a retainer of Lord Torii Harima-no-kami {{Tadamasa}}, the chamberlain. To the Shogun's wife, through envoy messenger Hiki Sazaemon {{Eisetsu}}, presented one box of dried sea bream and 500 mon as sake money, and at the Ninomaru gate guardhouse, the gifts and catalog were handed over to a retainer of Lord Harima-no-kami
