吉品様と御同道ニ而御登城被成候処《割書：昨九日｜御觸達》昨夜ゟ御様躰指重

今朝 薨御之旨御老中御達有之右ニ付
大納言様御御機嫌為御伺 西丸江 御登 城
一 同月十一日右同断ニ付
吉品様と御同道ニ而 西丸江 御登 城夫ゟ御側御用人間部
越前守《割書：詮｜房》殿江 御勤
但十五日迄隔日ニ御登城被成候様御老中御達有之
一 同月十六日御縁中 御機嫌為御伺 西丸江 御登 城
但右御機嫌為御伺之儀ニ付折々御登城被成御登城無之
