一 同月十五日中務大輔《割書：昌｜平》様弟枩《割書：昌｜貴》様御卒去之処御弟ニ付半
減之忌服被為 請候段御用番小笠原佐渡守《割書：長｜重》殿江御使者

御用番の小笠原佐渡守《長重》殿まで御伺いされたところ、御忌明けの上で御伺い
されるよう御指図があった
一 同月十五日 御使者の笹治太郎右衛門《髙澄》を通じて東叡山の
常憲院様御霊前へ御香奠として銀五枚を献上し、同所の御本坊へ
納めた
