一宝永三戌年十二月親願之通永代之御暇被
　下置候事
一《割書：年月｜不詳》願之通帰住御免被成候事
一正徳元卯年十月流岐之居合
　御上覧被遊候所其方并弟子中居合
　宜仕候段被　仰出候事
一同二辰年正月新夢想流居合芸者に被
　召出拾石弐人扶持被下置候事
一享保四亥年七月是迄被下置候御擬作
　に而御供番被　仰付被下度旨同性女婿

　願申上候所願之通被　仰付候事
一同五子年十月江戸為勤番罷登翌丑四月
　御下向御供に而罷下候事
一同八卯年十月流岐之居合　御上覧被遊
　候所其方并弟子共宜仕候段被　仰出候事
一同年十二月居合秀候に付　御稽古可被遊と
　思召候御時節柄に候得共御加増被下置御擬作弐拾

現代語訳

一、宝永三年（1706年）十二月、親の願いの通り永代のお暇を下し置かれた事

一、《割書：年月｜不詳》願いの通り帰住をお許しになられた事

一、正徳元年（1711年）十月、流岐の居合を御上覧遊ばされた所、その方並びに弟子中の居合が良く仕えた段をお仰せ出しになられた事

一、同二年（1712年）正月、新夢想流居合芸者に召し出され十石二人扶持を下し置かれた事

一、享保四年（1719年）七月、これまで下し置かれた御擬作にて御供番をお仰せ付けられ下したい旨、同姓の女婿が願い申し上げた所、願いの通りお仰せ付けられた事

一、同五年（1720年）十月、江戸へ勤番のため登り、翌丑四月（1721年4月）御下向のお供にて下った事

一、同八年（1723年）十月、流岐の居合を御上覧遊ばされた所、その方並びに弟子共が良く仕えた段をお仰せ出しになられた事

一、同年十二月、居合が優秀であることにつき、お稽古遊ばされようと思し召しの御時節柄であるが、御加増を下し置かれ御擬作二十五石四人扶持を成し下される旨をお仰せ出しになられた事

一、同月、居合のお稽古遊ばされる旨をお仰せ出しになられ、罷出相勤めた事

- In the 12th month of Hōei 3 (1706), as requested by his father, he was granted permanent retirement.

- In the 10th month of Shōtoku 1 (1711), when the lord viewed a demonstration of Ryūki school iaijutsu, it was proclaimed that he and his disciples performed the iaijutsu well.

- In the 1st month of the same 2nd year (1712), he was summoned as a practitioner of Shin-Musō-ryū iaijutsu and granted a stipend of 10 koku and provisions for 2 men.

- In the 7th month of Kyōhō 4 (1719), his son-in-law of the same family name petitioned that he be appointed to guard duty with the provisional stipend that had been granted until then, and this was approved as requested.

- In the 10th month of the same 5th year (1720), he went up to Edo for guard duty, and in the 4th month of the following year of the ox (April 1721), he returned accompanying the lord's descent from Edo.

- In the 10th month of the same 8th year (1723), when the lord viewed a demonstration of Ryūki school iaijutsu, it was proclaimed that he and his disciples performed well.

- In the 12th month of the same year, due to his excellence in iaijutsu, although it was a time when the lord was considering practicing, he was granted an increase to a provisional stipend of 25 koku and provisions for 4 men.

- In the same month, it was proclaimed that the lord would practice iaijutsu, and he attended and served accordingly.
