現代語訳
但し、居合の御稽古をなさる際、持病が治らず発症する節は、保養をして出仕し相勤めるよう仰せ出された事
一、同五年（1740年）正月、居合の御稽古始めをなさることにつき、拝見を仰せ付けられ、その上御懇意に御意を蒙り、御次において御祝儀を下し置かれた事
一、同年七月十八日、六十四歳にて病死、法名は幽声院秋屋日恵居士、導師は法招山浄光寺、葬所は大窪山

一、元文四年（1739年）八月、親の願いの通り御番代として外様組付を仰せ付けられ、三宅孫兵衛組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同五年（1740年）八月、跡式の御知行百石を無御相違にて下し置かれた事
一、寛保元年（1741年）十一月、御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同二年（1742年）三月、流岐の居合の御上覧をなさった事

However, when the lord practiced iaijutsu, if his chronic illness flared up, he was told to take care of his health and still come to serve as able.
- In the 1st month of Genbun 5th year (1740), for the New Year beginning of iaijutsu practice, he was ordered to observe, and furthermore received the lord's kind words and was granted celebration gifts in the lord's private chambers.
- On the 18th day of the 7th month of the same year, he died of illness at age 64. His posthumous Buddhist name was Yūshō-in Akiya Nichie Koji, with the chief priest from Hōshōzan Jōkō-ji temple, buried at Ōkubo-yama.

Wife: daughter of Obara Uemon Toshitomo, died of illness on the 7th day of the 4th month of Kansei 10th year (1798), posthumous Buddhist name Ryūtan-in Minpō Chiho Daishi, buried at Seiyui-in temple in Edo
- In the 8th month of Genbun 4th year (1739), as petitioned by his father, he was appointed as guard replacement and attached to the outer retainer group, joined Miyake Magobei's unit, and served castle guard duty.
- In the 8th month of Genbun 5th year (1740), he was granted the hereditary stipend of 100 koku without change.
- In the 11th month of Kanpō 1st year (1741), he was appointed to escort duty.
- In the 3rd month of Kanpō 2nd year (1742), the lord observed the Ryūgi-style iaijutsu demonstration.
