その方並びに弟子共の居合が宜しく仕った旨を仰せ出された事 一、同年十一月、渋谷源七が病気にて罷り下ったことにつき、不時勤番を仰せ付けられ、同十二月江戸表へ罷り登り、翌亥四年(1743年)四月、御下向の御供にて罷り下った事 一、同三年(1743年)四月、勤番中無不参で精出して相勤めた旨を仰せ出された事 一、同年五月、御道中御供を無不参で精出して相勤めた旨を仰せ出された事 一、延享元年(1744年)三月、流岐の居合兵術の御上覧をなされた所、その方並びに弟子共の居合が宜しく仕った旨を仰せ出された事 一、同二年(1745年)四月、御迎えのため立ち帰り罷り登り、御下向の御供を仕って罷り下った事 一、同年五月、御道中御供を無不参で精出して相勤めた旨を仰せ出された事 一、同年八月、武芸出精を致した旨を仰せ出された事 一、同三年(1746年)三月、御参勤につき御供として勤番のため江戸表江罷り登った事 一、同年四月、御道中を無不参で精出して相勤めた旨

[The lord] declared that his and his disciples' iaijutsu was performed well. - In the 11th month of the same year, because Shibuya Genshichi fell ill and went down [to the domain], he was appointed to emergency guard duty, went up to Edo in the 12th month of the same year, and in the 4th month of the following Kanpō 4th year (1743), came down accompanying the lord's return journey. - In the 4th month of Kanpō 3rd year (1743), it was declared that he served diligently with perfect attendance during guard duty. - In the 5th month of the same year, it was declared that he served diligently with perfect attendance as escort during the lord's travels. - In the 3rd month of Enkyō 1st year (1744), when the lord observed the Ryūgi-style iaijutsu military arts, it was declared that his and his disciples' iaijutsu was performed well. - In the 4th month of Enkyō 2nd year (1745), he returned to meet [the lord] and went up [to Edo], then came down accompanying the lord's return journey. - In the 5th month of the same year, it was declared that he served diligently with perfect attendance as escort during the lord's travels. - In the 8th month of the same year, it was declared that he devoted himself to martial arts training. - In the 3rd month of Enkyō 3rd year (1746), for the lord's attendance at court (sankin), he went up to Edo to serve guard duty as an escort. - In the 4th month of the same year, [it was declared] that he served diligently with perfect attendance during the lord's travels.
