誰が射るともしれない流れ矢が一つ、胸板をぐさりと射抜いた。致命傷であったので、馬から逆さまに落ちると、官軍は勝ちに乗じて攻めかかる。大将を討たれては、どうして持ちこたえることができようか。散り散りになって落ち延びていった。
