下紐が解けて深い仲となった。女の親はこのことを許して、調度品などを準備し、玉村の里へ送り届けた。男も女も世にも嬉しく思い、輿に乗せて行く道中で、多くの兵士が現れ、有無を言わさず女を奪い取り、将門の宿舎に連れて行った。女は目がくらみ、心も消え入るほどに泣き崩れたのを、膝元に引き寄せて、これを酒宴の興として用いた。

【A Man and Woman Attracted to Each Other—Illustration of the Woman】
Their undergarment ties came undone and they became intimately close. The woman's parents approved of this matter, prepared furnishings and other items, and sent her to the village of Tamamura. Both the man and woman were extremely happy, and as they traveled with her riding in a palanquin, many soldiers appeared and forcibly abducted the woman without any discussion, taking her to Masakado's lodging. The woman was dazed, her heart nearly fading away as she collapsed in tears, and he pulled her close to his knees, using her as entertainment for his drinking party.
