江戸表その他諸国は格別に物騒で、夜盗や押し借りが所々で起こっています。
先月は江戸御蔵前の町人酒蔵など、物持ちの家へ船で百人余りの夜盗が入り、中へ四十人余り入って、表に六、七十人が立っており、金子二百両余りを奪ったとのことです。

Edo and other provinces are extremely unsettled, with night robberies and forced borrowings occurring in various places.
Last month in Edo, at Okura-mae, night thieves numbering over a hundred came by boat to the sake warehouses of wealthy townspeople and others. Over forty entered inside while sixty to seventy stood guard outside, stealing over 200 ryō in gold.
