主真岡御陣屋へ右之次第訴候所早速御人数
御出張御代官関田源七郎殿壬生御領主鳥井
丹波守殿足利御領主戸田長門守殿都合五百
人余柿木宿え御出張ニ相成候所当十二月十
一日暮六ツ時出流ゟ三十人余手筒幷鎗等所
持致参候ニ付西さと村ニ而出合直様鉄炮打
懸戦候ニ付生捕之者弐十人程小筒刀キツニ
而即死六人栃木は引取散々逃去候よし多分
出流へ集候との沙汰之よし御人数之方は一
人も怪我無之よし

参った際に借り受けたい、よろしく頼むと申して帰ったので、それより領
主真岡御陣屋へ右の次第を訴えた所、早速御人数
御出張、御代官関田源七郎殿、壬生御領主鳥井
丹波守殿、足利御領主戸田長門守殿、都合五百
人余りが柿木宿へ御出張になった所、当十二月十
一日暮れ六つ時、出流より三十人余りが手筒並びに槍等を
所持して参ったので、西さと村にて出合い、直様鉄砲を打ち
かけ戦ったので、生け捕りの者二十人程、小筒・刀傷にて
即死六人、栃木は引き取り散々逃げ去ったとのこと、多分
出流へ集まったとの沙汰のよし、御人数の方は一
人も怪我無しとのこと
