 りめん京大坂ニ而一万五千疋もつふし候よ  し  伊世乾屋本家ニ而夜番之者夜廻致候所玄関  前ニ白キ馬参り居候ニ付驚キ提灯等ニ而見  候所木馬ニ候間不思儀ニ存候所いせ  大神宮御神馬四ツ之内壱ツ見へ不申候ニ而  尋居候所乾屋ゟもいせニ人を立御師へ承り  候所全ク神馬ニ付早速相返候様申候ニ付乾  ニ而は自分宅へ降候神馬故返候様ニは不相  成新規ニ拵上ケ候様申候よし  尾州袴屋喜兵衛と申内へは七十弐社之御札  降候よし聞伝へ村々ゟ躍歩ク参詣人夥しく  出候よし  其他所々之男女殊ニ赤子なと降候由大坂ニ  而は十六七之娘ふり候よし降候者を承り候  へは信州近州美濃なと夫々諸国之ものゝよ  し又々四五日も立候へは帰り候ニ付子供な

現代語訳

縮緞子は京・大坂にて一万五千疋も潰れた(売り切れた)とのこと です。 伊勢乾屋本家にて夜番の者が夜廻りをした所、玄関 前に白い馬が参っていたので驚き、提灯等にて見た 所、木馬であったので不思議に思った所、伊勢 大神宮の御神馬四頭の内一頭が見えなくなったとのことで 探していた所、乾屋からも伊勢に人を立てて御師に伺った 所、確かに神馬なので早速お返しするよう申したが、乾屋 では自分の宅へ降った神馬故、返すわけには いかず、新規に作り上げるよう申したとのことです。 尾州袴屋喜兵衛と申す家には七十二社の御札が 降ったとのことで、聞き伝えて村々から踊り歩く参詣人が夥しく 出たとのことです。 その他所々の男女、殊に赤子なども降ったとのこと、大坂に ては十六、七の娘が振ったとのこと、降った者に承れば 信州・近州・美濃など夫々諸国の者とのこと です。また四、五日も経てば帰るので、子供など
