現代語訳

辰の日に大風があって黒雲が現れれば、未の日に雨がある。
巳の日に大風があって異常な現象があれば、日照りを司る。
午の日に大風があって、急に強く吹いたり弱くなったりすれば、人の病気を司る。
未の日に大風があって日に光がないときは、農民の農作業が多くなって心労がある。
申の日に大風があって、その音が鐘や磬を打つような音であれば、米穀が急に高くなる。
酉の日に大風があって、もの寂しい様子で潤いがあるときは、大水を司る。
戌の日に大風があって、塵埃が天に横たわり砂土を巻き上げるものは凶である。
亥の日に大風があって砂を巻き上げ木を折るものは、人の身が安らかでなくなり、また災いがある。

When there is a great wind on the day of the Horse (uma) and it suddenly blows strong then weak, it governs human illness.
