現代語訳
小梁川采女盛恒と改める。
安政四年（1857年）、主君のお相手役を命じられ、品々の拝領物などがあった。慶応三年（1867年）正月、主君の御近習番頭を命じられた。戊辰の役においては、富山陣営の司となり、鉄砲頭を兼務し、後に大番頭へと昇進した。
明治元年（1868年）、王政復古・徳川幕府による大政奉還・版籍奉還（土地と人民の返還）に際し、采地を上地し、士族の列に加わった。旧領である陸中国江刺郡梁川村野手崎に寄留し、本来の姓に復して、これより「伊達」と改めた。
妻は、角田石川大和の十八女。俗名は算（さん）。
男子 愛之助、後に盛恭と改める。
末家・小梁川助五郎家を継ぐ。
その後、北海道へ移る。
男子 雄之進、後に盛之と改める。
水沢の伊東玄泰の家を継ぐ。
妻はセ（せ）。

[The name was changed to] Koyanagawa Uneme Moritsune.
In the fourth year of Ansei (1857), he was appointed as a companion/attendant to his lord, and received various gifts on that occasion. In the first month of the third year of Keiō (1867), he was appointed as the head of the lord's personal attendants (go-kinjū-bantō). During the Boshin War, he served as commander of the Toyama encampment, concurrently serving as head of the rifle corps, and later was promoted to Senior Guard Commander (ō-bantō).
In the first year of Meiji (1868), upon the occasion of the Restoration of Imperial Rule, the return of governance by the Tokugawa Shogunate, and the return of lands and people (hanseki-hōkan), he surrendered his fief lands and was registered among the shizoku (former samurai class). He took up temporary residence in Yanagawa Village, Esashi District, Rikuchū Province — his former domain — in the area of Notezaki, restored his original family name, and from this point changed [his surname] to "Date."
His wife was the eighteenth daughter of Kakuda Ishikawa Yamato. Her common name was San.
Son: Ainnosuke, later known as Moriyasu.
Succeeded the branch family of Koyanagawa Sukugorō.
Later relocated to Hokkaidō.
Son: Yūnoshin, later known as Moriyuki.
Succeeded the family of Itō Gentai of Mizusawa.
His wife was Se.
