致間敷候尤遠国其外無拠引替残も
可有之哉に付停止以後も所持のものは
是迄之引替所々早々指出引替可申候
若停止以後通用いたし候歟亦は貯置
不引替もの有之におゐては吟味之上

被仰渡候条其方共与村浦何者によらす
逸々不相洩様触知せ組切壱紙受書可指出候

現代語訳
十月からは完全に通用を停止するので、今後は堅く通用してはならない。もっとも遠国その他でやむを得ない引き替え残りもあるだろうから、停止以後も所持している者はこれまでの引替所に早々に持参して引き替えること。
もし停止以後に通用したり、または貯め置いて引き替えない者があれば、吟味の上、厳しく申し付ける。右の趣旨を触れ知らせること。
七月
右の通り、このたび幕府から仰せ出されたことにより、在郷に触れ知らせるよう御当職から仰せ渡されたので、そちらども与村浦の何者によらず、一人残らず漏れがないよう触れ知らせ、組切一紙の受書を提出すること。
もっともこの状は滞りなく順次回覧し、済み村から指し戻すこと。以上

From the 10th month onwards, circulation will be completely suspended, so henceforth it must be strictly prohibited from use. However, since there may be unavoidable remaining exchanges in distant provinces and elsewhere, those who possess them even after the suspension should promptly bring them to the previous exchange locations for conversion.
If anyone uses them after the suspension or keeps them stored without exchanging them, they will be strictly dealt with after investigation. The above matter should be announced.

As stated above, since this has been proclaimed by the shogunate, the current official has ordered that this be announced in rural areas. Therefore, you must announce this to everyone in your affiliated villages and coastal areas without exception, ensuring no one is left out, and submit written acknowledgments from each village group.
