右の通り御触れが出されたことにより、何者によらず触れ知らせのため御請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入りながら早速村々一人残らず触れ知らせたところ、御触れの御趣旨を畏れ承る旨申し出ましたので、私ども連判をもって御請書を差し上げ申します。以上

As announced above, we were ordered to submit written acknowledgments after announcing this to everyone without exception. We humbly and promptly announced this to all villages and every person, whereupon they expressed their humble acceptance of the purport of the official notice. Therefore, we submit this written acknowledgment with our joint signatures. The above.
