申し上げ覚え
勧農不時御普請請負の御取り究めを仰せ付けられ、組村々に触れ知らせ、受書を取り揃えて提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入りながら触れ知らせたところ、畏れ承る旨、別紙の御請書を提出いたしましたので、取りまとめて差し上げ申します。以上

一、無益に手間のかかる高価な菓子類・料理等、今後は不要でございます。これまで作ってまいりましたものも止めるべきことです。
一、能装束で甚だ結構なものも見受けられますが、今後は手軽な品を用いるべきことです。

We were ordered to determine the contract arrangements for extraordinary agricultural promotion construction work, to announce this to the group villages, and to collect and submit written acknowledgments.
