一はま弓菖蒲甲刀はこ板之類金銀かな物幷
箔用ひ申間敷事
一雛幷もてあそひ人形之類八寸以上可為無用候右以下
之分は麁末之金入とんす類之装束は不苦候事
一雛道具梨子地は勿論蒔絵に候とも紋所之外無用之事
一高直之鉢植もの売買停止せしめ候事
一きせる其外もてあそひ同前之品々金銀遣ひ候義は
勿論彫物象眼之類幷蒔絵等結構に致間敷事
一女衣類大造之織物縫物無用に可致候縫金糸等入候而も
小袖一つに付代銀三百目染模様小袖表一つに付代銀
百五拾目を限り夫ゟ高直之品売買致間敷候尤
帷子も右に相准し可申事
一町人共一統に花美之儀無之様致し自今町人男女ともに
分限不相応結構之品着用致し髪のかさり等迄も
大造成品相用候者候はゝ組之者見当次第右居所

一、破魔弓・菖蒲・甲・刀・箱・板の類で金銀・金物並びに箔を用いてはならないこと
一、雛人形並びに玩具人形の類は八寸以上は無用とすべきです。右以下の分は粗末な金入れ・とんす類の装束は構わないこと
一、雛道具で梨子地はもちろん蒔絵であっても紋所以外は無用のこと
一、高価な鉢植え物の売買を停止させること
一、煙管その他玩具同様の品々で金銀を使うことはもちろん、彫物・象眼の類並びに蒔絵等を結構にしてはならないこと
一、女性の衣類で大層な織物・縫物は無用とすべきです。縫い金糸等が入っていても小袖一つにつき代銀三百目、染め模様小袖表一つにつき代銀百五十目を限りとし、それより高価な品の売買をしてはならない。もっとも帷子もこれに準じるべきこと
一、町人ども一同に華美なことがないようにし、今後町人男女ともに分限不相応な結構な品を着用し、髪飾り等までも大層な品を用いる者がいれば、組の者が見つけ次第、その居所・名前等を糺し、町役人を差し添えさせて直ちに奉行所へ連行

1. For items such as hamayumi (demon-breaking bows), iris decorations, armor, swords, boxes, and boards, the use of gold, silver, metal fittings, and gold/silver leaf shall be prohibited.
1. Hina dolls and toy dolls of eight sun or larger shall be deemed unnecessary. For those smaller than this, crude gold containers and simple tonsu-type costumes are acceptable.

1. All townspeople shall avoid ostentation. Henceforth, if any townspeople, male or female, wear fine items inappropriate to their station, or use elaborate hair ornaments and such, when members of their group discover this, they shall investigate the person's residence and name, have a town official accompany them, and immediately escort them to the magistrate's office.
