右之通御触被遊候に付不寄何者逸々不洩様触知らせ
御請書可指出旨被仰付奉畏早速触知候所御触之御趣

右の通り御触れを出されましたので、誰であろうと一人も漏れることのないよう触れ知らせ、御請書を提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って早速触れ知らせましたところ、御触書の御趣旨を恐れ入って承る旨申し出ましたので、私共連判をもって御請書を差し上げ申します。以上

As the above proclamation has been issued, we were ordered to notify everyone without exception and submit written acknowledgments. We humbly complied and immediately issued the notification. As those [under our jurisdiction] have stated that they humbly accept the intent of the proclamation, we submit this written acknowledgment with our joint signatures. The above.
