仕上御受書之覚
大目付江
似せ金銀銭拵候もの幷売捌候もの雖為
御制禁近来奥羽筋へ専ら行ひ候もの有
之候に付今度吟味之上夫々令処厳科候事而は
右両国は勿論国々厳敷可被遂御穿鑿候
条銘々無油断相改自然疑敷者有之は
早々其筋へ可申出候品に寄御褒美被下
其ものより仇をなささる様に可被仰付候若
見聞およひなから隠置他所ゟ顕るゝに
おゐては其所之者までも罪科に可被行候
右之趣御料は御代官私領は領主地頭ゟ
浦方村町共不洩様相可触知候尤触書之趣
板札に認高札場へ建置可申者也

上申する御受書の覚え
大目付へ
偽金銀銭を作る者並びに売りさばく者は
御制禁であるにもかかわらず、近頃奥羽筋において専ら行う者が
いるため、今度吟味の上それぞれに厳科を処すことになった。ついては
右両国はもちろん諸国において厳しく御穿鑿を遂げられるべく候
条、銘々油断なく改め、自然疑わしい者がいれば
早々その筋へ申し出るべく、品により御褒美を下され、
その者より仇をなされないよう仰せ付けられるべく候。もし
見聞に及びながら隠し置いて他所から顕れる
場合においては、その所の者までも罪科に処せられるべく候。
右の趣旨により、御料は御代官、私領は領主地頭から
浦方村町共に漏れないよう触れ知らせるべく候。もっとも触書の趣旨を
板札に認め、高札場へ建て置くべき者なり。

Record of Written Acknowledgment to be Submitted
To the Chief Inspector
Although those who manufacture counterfeit gold, silver, and copper coins as well as those who sell them are
prohibited by official ban, recently there have been those who specialize in this practice in the Ōu region.
Therefore, after investigation this time, strict punishments shall be imposed on each respectively. Accordingly,
not only in both these provinces but in all provinces, strict investigations shall be conducted.
Each official must inspect without negligence, and if naturally there are any suspicious persons,
they should promptly report to the appropriate authorities. Depending on the case, rewards will be granted,
and arrangements shall be made so that no revenge is taken against such persons. However, if
anyone conceals information despite having seen or heard about such activities, and this becomes known from elsewhere,
even the people of that locality shall be subject to criminal punishment.
According to the above purport, in government lands the deputy magistrates, and in private domains the domain lords and local lords shall
notify all coastal areas, villages, and towns without exception. Moreover, the content of this directive
should be written on wooden boards and erected at the official notice boards.
