仕上御請書之覚
大目付江
朱幷朱墨共朱座之外江戸京大坂奈良堺え仲買
之者申付懸札為致朱座幷右仲買共ゟも勝手次第
買請候様寬政之度相触置候所此度右仲買之者指止候間
以来先前之通坐方ゟ直々買請候様可致候尤朱は朱坐
包之儘正路之直段を以小買いたし候儀且職人遣
残之
分は右包之儘同職之者へ譲渡候儀等は不苦候
若出処紛敷品売買致候様於相聞は吟味之上
急度咎可申付候
右之通御領私領寺領共在町へ不洩様可相触候

与村浦何者によらす不相洩様逸々触知組切壱紙
請書可指出候此状少も無遅滞急刻付を以来月

大目付へ
朱並びに朱墨とも朱座以外へ江戸京大坂奈良堺へ仲買
の者申し付け掛札をさせ朱座並びに右仲買ともより勝手次第
買い請けるよう寛政の度相触れ置いたところ、この度右仲買の者指し止めるので
以来先前の通り座方より直々買い請けるようにすべきである。もっとも朱は朱座
包のまま正路の値段をもって小買いすること、また職人遣い
残りの
分は右包のまま同職の者へ譲り渡すことなどは差し支えない
もし出所の紛らわしい品を売買するようなことが聞こえるようであれば、吟味の上
きっと咎めを申し付けるであろう
右の通り御領私領寺領とも在町へ漏れのないよう相触れるべきである

幕府の御触れがあった趣旨を御当職より仰せ渡されたので、その方ども
の村浦何者によらず相漏れのないよう一人々々触れ知らせ組切一紙
請書を差し出すべきである。この状少しも遅滞なく急刻付をもって来月

Regarding cinnabar and cinnabar ink, beyond the cinnabar guild, brokers were appointed
to Edo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, and Sakai with posted notices, and it was announced during the Kansei era that
purchasing could be done at will from both the cinnabar guild and these brokers. However, this time the aforementioned brokers are being discontinued,
so hereafter, as before, purchases should be made directly from the guild. Naturally, cinnabar should be
purchased in small quantities from the cinnabar guild in its original packaging at the proper price, and craftsmen's
remaining
portions may be transferred to fellow craftsmen in the same packaging without issue.
However, if there are reports of trading goods of questionable origin,
severe punishment will certainly be imposed after investigation.
As stated above, this should be announced without omission to country towns in shogunal domains, private domains, and temple lands alike.

since the intent of the shogunate's proclamation has been conveyed by the current official, you people
in villages and bays, regardless of who they are, must announce this to everyone without omission, and submit acknowledgment letters from each group.
