南北郡々一日操之義近年専夜分に至候迄
興行せしめ候郡柄も有之且亦見物之義
郡に寄候ては左右へ桟敷懸候村方も有之
中には不都合之役向有之様相聞候へは
彼是別而不心得之事に候依之向後右之通
申付候条其方共組村浦小百姓に至迄
能々相聞不心得之義無之様懇に申聞方
不洩様逸々相触来月四日迄に組切請書

一郷分におゐて一日操之義是迄は相始め候義
遅り夜分迄も相懸候に付若者共抔は猥之

南北郡々の一日操練の件について、近年専ら夜分に至るまで
興行させる郡もあり、また見物の件について
郡によっては左右に桟敷を掛ける村方もあり、
中には不都合な役向きがあるように相聞こえるので、
あれこれと特に心得違いのことである。これにより今後右の通り
申し付けるので、そなたども組村浦の小百姓に至るまで
よくよく相聞かせ、心得違いのことがないよう懇切に申し聞かせ、
漏れのないよう逐一相触れ、来月四日までに組切請書を
取りまとめて指し出すべきである。以上

所行もあり、また喧嘩口論等を出来させることにつき、

Regarding the one-day military drills in the northern and southern districts, in recent years some districts have been conducting them exclusively until nightfall, and regarding spectators, depending on the district, some villages set up viewing stands on both sides, and among them there appear to be improper conduct by officials, which is particularly inappropriate behavior. Therefore, hereafter we order as follows: you and others should thoroughly inform everyone down to the small farmers in the group villages and coastal areas, earnestly instructing them so that there will be no misunderstandings, notifying each one without fail, and by the 4th of next month you must collect group acknowledgment letters and submit them.
