右取究相背夜分へ相懸候におゐては村役人
は勿論若者とも屹と咎可申付候
但本文之懸に付願紙面に日之内に仕舞候
義若物共相行着畏候におゐては其段
書入可指出候且亦被相雇操師
共も日之内に相仕舞候様住居請持組頭
庄屋ゟ申聞置候様可仕候事
一右日操見物之義左右に囲仕右に引添え
桟敷懸候村方も有之中には不都合之
役向も有之趣此度後桟敷懸候義不相調候尤
左右に何之囲も無之候而は多人数相集り
候節は自然芝居小屋へ也候に付操興行
難相調様相運且又老若婦人抔之
見物左右之囲迄に而は令難渋候趣に
付而は右囲に引添候低き腰懸様之品
指置老若婦人之見物場処に仕候義は
不苦候右取究相背桟敷等於相懸け
現代語訳
右の取り決めに背いて夜分まで掛かる場合においては、村役人は
もちろん若者どもを厳しく咎めるよう申し付ける。
但し本文の件について願書面で日中に仕舞う
義について、若者どもが相応に行き届いて恐縮している場合においては、その段
書き入れて指し出すべきである。またお雇いになった操練師
どもも日中に仕舞うよう、住居請持組頭、
庄屋より申し聞かせておくようにすべきである。
一、右の日操見物の件について、左右に囲いを仕立て、右に引き添えて
桟敷を掛ける村方もあり、中には不都合な
役向きもある趣、今度以降桟敷を掛けることは相調わない。もっとも
左右に何の囲いもない場合では多人数が集まる
節は自然と芝居小屋のようになってしまい、操練興行が
調い難いように運び、また老若男女などの
見物について、左右の囲いまでは難渋させる趣に
ついては、右の囲いに引き添えて低い腰掛けのような品を
置き、老若男女の見物場所にすることは
差し支えない。右の取り決めに背いて桟敷等を掛ける場合においては

Article 1: Regarding spectators for the aforementioned day drills, some villages set up enclosures on both sides and erect viewing stands adjacent to the right side, and among them there appear to be improper conduct by officials. Hereafter, erecting viewing stands will not be permitted. However, if there are no enclosures on either side when large numbers gather, it naturally becomes like a theater, making it difficult to properly conduct the drill performances, and regarding spectators including elderly, young, and women who would be inconvenienced by only the left and right enclosures, it is acceptable to place low bench-like items adjacent to the right enclosure to serve as viewing areas for elderly, young, and women.
