不都合之役向仕候村方有之候はゝ村役人
は勿論不都合之役向仕候者共屹と咎
可申付候
但支配外之者共も本文同断に候間
桟敷於相懸不都合之役向相調
不申候条村役人とも兼而右様相
心得可罷在候事

右之通御触被遊候条不心得之儀無之様
不寄何者に逸々不相洩様触知御請書
可指出旨被仰付奉畏早速触知候所
御触之御趣奉畏旨申出候に付御請書
之儀は私共ゟ指上申候以上

現代語訳
不都合な役向きを行う村方がある場合は、村役人は
もちろん、不都合な役向きを行う者どもを厳しく咎めるよう
申し付ける。
ただし支配外の者どもも本文と同様であるので、
桟敷を掛けて不都合な役向きを行わない
よう、村役人どもは兼ねてから右のように
心得ているべきである。
以上
右の通りお触れを出されたので、心得違いのことがないよう、
誰であろうと一人一人漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、お請け書を
提出するよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って早速触れ知らせたところ、
お触れの趣旨を恐れ入って承知した旨申し出たので、お請け書の
件は私どもから提出いたします。以上
