右の通り
公儀から仰せ出されたことに付き、右様心得て組下村々に
漏れないよう逐一触れ知らせ、組切一紙の請書を
提出すべき旨を仰せ付けられ畏れ奉り、早速触れ回したところ、
お触れの御趣旨を畏れ奉る旨のお請書を提出申し上げたので
奥書仕り指し上げ申し候。以上

As stated above,
Regarding what was proclaimed by the shogunate, with such understanding, we were ordered
to notify all villages under our group without omission, one by one, and
to submit receipt documents on one sheet per group.
We humbly complied and immediately spread the notification. Since
receipt documents stating humble acknowledgment of the intent of the proclamation were submitted,
we hereby append our endorsement and present this. The above.
