賃屋とも之儀去る申年御取究被仰付

申し上げ添書の覚
賃屋ども（借家人）の件について、去る申年にお取り調べを仰せ付けられて
いらっしゃいましたが、なお又この度お取り調べ向きのご趣旨を仰せ付けられ
ましたので、組村々に漏れないよう触れ知らせ【以下四字抹消】
【三字抹消】請書を取り揃えて提出するよう仰せ付けられ畏れ奉り、組
村々に触れ回しましたところ、別紙の通りお請書を提出申し上げましたので
取り揃えて指し上げ奉ります。以上

Memorandum of supplementary report
Regarding the matter of rent tenants (borrowers of houses), an investigation was ordered
in the previous year of the Monkey, and
now again investigation procedures have been ordered.
Accordingly, we were ordered to notify all villages in our group without omission [four characters crossed out]
[three characters crossed out] and to compile and submit receipt documents. We humbly complied and
notified all villages in our group. Since receipt documents were submitted as shown in the attached papers,
we have compiled them and respectfully present them. The above.

Memorandum of supplementary report
Regarding the shogunate's proclamation about the investigation of blind people, we notified the villages of
the intent, and were ordered to compile and submit receipt documents stating humble acknowledgment of the intent.
