現代語訳
その所に穢多・非人がいない場所は、立ち回り先
などを詳しく調べ、これもまた御料は御代官、私領は
領主・地頭の役場へ早々に申し立てるべし。
右の通り心得るべし。もし背く者があれば
必ず申し付けるべし。
右の通り。
公儀御触れの趣旨により御当職の御下知であるから、右様に
心得て何者によらず逐一申し触れた上で、刻印を以て
回り組切の請書を取り、都合来る二十一日までに指し出すべし。
かつ触書の件は済み次第村より指し戻すべし。以上
卯十月十一日
右の通り御触れが出されたので、誰彼によらず漏れないよう
逐一触れ知らせ、御請書を指し出すよう仰せ付けられ、畏れ多く承り、
早速触れ知らせた所、御触れの御趣旨を畏れ多く承る旨を申し出たので、
御請書の件は私ども連判を以て指し上げ申します。以上

In places where there are no eta or hinin present, investigate thoroughly the places they frequent
and such locations, and for this as well, report promptly to the deputy governor for shogunal lands or to the lord or territorial administrator's
office for private domains.

they shall certainly be dealt with accordingly.

This is an order from the current office based on the intent of the official government proclamation, so bearing this in mind,
