の御趣旨を畏れ多く承る旨の御請書を指し出し申したので、奥書を仕って指し上げ

Since this has been proclaimed by the government authorities, bearing this in mind, we were ordered to notify the villages under our group's jurisdiction one by one without omission, collect signed acknowledgments from each group, and submit them accordingly. We humbly accepted this order and promptly gave notice. As written acknowledgments stating that they humbly accept the intent of the official proclamation have been submitted, we hereby submit this with our endorsement. The above.
